Rfl is all about exposing independant artists and music with a healthy dose of off-color worldviews and on-topic humor (yeah, we have bad attitudes,lol).
In March 2006, after a year of Podcasting, RfL signed to Podshow ,the network formed by Adam Curry and Ron Bloom. In November 2006, the Podcast moved from Littlehampton, England back to California. Then, in August 2007, the show moved to it's current home in Raleigh, NC.

Let me share what I am working on brining to life today.
The average child in the 1940’s.
Can you see the difference in their eyesz, in their spirit, and health compared to the children ov today?
Look up a few year books ov the recent couple years, and compare.
Keep in mind, virtually none, if not any at all ov these children in the picture, none are on drugs, or have had vaccines, ov which I studied through the documents ov the center for disease control. According to their reports, they would not suggest using them either.
I had found those reports sense removed, but am un aware if they reposted them.
Learn the ORGANIC DIFFERENCE! It not only saves lives, but it saves our sanity, and ensures a bright wHEALTHY future for all who make it there.
WARNING! Recently the word organic had been misued to imply toxic. Do not be misled by false definitions.
ORGANIC is the way nature made it, and intended.
Not to mention what real educational programming could do.
See no evil, hear no evil, eat no evil, and they will grow wHEALTHY, WISE, speak, and do no evil.
We are what we consume.
Oh what a beautiful world it could be again, if we would only remember and care for our children.
Before you know it, they will be grown and gone, with all they absorbed from their youth, they carry on.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know we are playing two shows in Raleigh this Friday, 3/21!!! We'll be playing Borders on East Six Forks Rd. at 5:00 and then we are heading over to Vintage 21.
