Please read my Bio and Support & Contribute to Our Campaign for the American People, I am a FEC Registered Presidential Candidate.
  • The Airliner which was deliberately crashed this week would NOT have happened if the simple measures which I suggested to the entire USA Government many years ago (in 1970) had been implemented. It is a shame that Professional Partisan Politicians will never do anything for the Public good that makes common sense.

  • It is also very likely that this might be the first step toward a long-term balanced budget for the Government. It will be the first step toward eliminating large amounts of expensive and unnecessary Government bureaucracies, who's only purpose is to manage and collect the many Federal and State Taxes.

  • To make a rough calculation of the projected Tax Income to the Government you would take the Gross National Product (GNP) or Gross State Product (GSP) for states, and add those other items that would pay Transaction Fee in that tax area and multiply those by the transaction fee. The amount that the Government has available to spend would be automatically regulated by the productivity and factors such as Stock Market transactions in the economy,and should encourage increased productivity, and be aimed at keeping the Federal Budget balanced. Once implemented, especially when we manage to cut Government waste, it should be very likely that the Transaction Fee could be adjusted downwards. It has been shown that with a very low tax rate especially with a user friendly automated payment system, there is much less motivation for anyone to try to "cheat".

  • The income that our Government needs to operate would be collected more efficiently at less cost to us, on a real time basis spread evenly throughout the year, instead of in "lumps" as it is now. All of the Accountants,and other Tax Professionals, including Software Companies, who are part of the taxation industry in the United States, could very easily evolve into productive parts of our economy, such as helping businesses and individuals manage their finances more productively for the owner of the businesses the Economy and the country. The Taxation Industry in the United States is a very large and completely unproductive part of our society which collectively puts a massive and unnecessary burden on the Economy of the United States and its Citizens. It would not be possible for rich people to avoid paying their fair share in a properly designed tax system which I have proposed.

  • Even our friends at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) would appreciate it, since they would have a much easier job to do, witch would require a much smaller IRS budget, and could learn to become your friends since most of the "Tax" collection would be handled automatically through systems which are already in place and we would no longer be obliged to file anything on April 15th. According to the Wall Street Journal of 1 February 2010 the proposed budget of the IRS was $12.63 billion in 2011, most of this expenditure is not necessary with the real tax reform which I have proposed. That, of course does not include the many Trillions of dollars in unproductive time and money that everyone in the United States is obliged to spend preparing and dealing with taxes and tax issues.

  • What is a transaction? A transaction is any exchange of goods or services, exchange of value for value (Retail, Wholesale, Goods, Services,Labor, Material, Overhead, Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation,Utilities, Rents, Leases, Loans, Stocks, Bonds, Investments, Imports,Everything). This taxes the entire Economy evenly and will be more fair to everyone, than any other way of paying for our government services. It will pay for everything that is currently being paid for including trillions of dollars of Government waste (which is a separate, but very much related,issue). The burden on the economy presented by the current tax structure would be eliminated.

  • Unfortunately, I do not have access to all of the data resources which the acting President does so until I am the actual President. I can only make estimates from the data which is available to the general public. My original goal has been, and always will be, to keep the overall tax rates as low as possible and to also work to keep the federal budget as balanced as possible. If we work hard towards that end I still feel that the goal of a 1% federal transaction fee is attainable in the long term and not totally unreasonable.

  • I have done rough basic calculations using the Data which is available to the general public and using the latest available data the federal transaction fee which would have been necessary to balance the Federal budget in the last year of the Reagan Administration the transaction fee would have been almost 18%, which is totally unacceptable from the point of view of good Economic practice, in 2010 the transaction fee would have been approximately 7%. My Economics Professor told us that any tax which is higher than about 5% is too high, and I agree. (Unfortunately many of our State sales taxes are considerably above that rate now). That being the case I would not want to try to balance the budget immediately but do it in stages, which would also include making Government more efficient and cutting the overall cost of Government.

  • To put it very basically, the Freedom Tax is a Transaction Fee on ALL transactions in place of ALL other Taxes. When it is fully implemented for both State and Federal the total Transaction Fee for both State and Federal will be a total of what my Economics Professor at Western Michigan University would call a reasonable and fair tax. The ideal Tax should be about 1% for Federal and 1% for State taxes, and even though that would not work in the short term, if we want to balance the federal budget, and those of the States, we should still work towards that goal. The problem which we currently have is that the Professional Partisan Politicians, which we have relied upon to properly run our Country for us have spent our money like the proverbial drunken sailors, in efforts to buy our votes with our own money, and run our Country into such high debt that if that budget were yours or mine we would have declared bankruptcy years ago.

  • Real Tax Reform- End the Tax "Shell Game"
    My Campaign has supported the Freedom Tax for many years since its founder first introduced the world and me to it. Several Presidential elections ago I gave this program to the Democrats, Republicans and Ross Perot. Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans even bothered to respond to the concept. Ross Perot, on the other hand thanked me for the input, and, if you watched his Infomercial on Taxes, you might have noticed that he tried to present something along the lines of the Freedom Tax.

  • Reform;
    As far as this question is concerned if we do not keep building and adapting for the future we will not be doing ourselves or future generations any favors. Yes this country is already great and we should never lose sight of the examples and values of our forefathers. We, however, should not be so short sighted as to think that our forefathers could foresee and predict everything that will come in the future. They tried to write the Constitution so that it could adapt to changes in the future and be flexible enough to allow proper changes to occur.

  • Environment;
    We have a vast and wonderful country which belongs to all of us. All Natural Resources should be managed in a responsible manner so we can keep it that way,and so that our children and grand children will be able to inherit and enjoy this wonderful country for generations to come.
