Festival DUTCH PUNCH-4 will take place from the 10th till the 14th of September 2008 in St.Petersburg, Moscow, Pskov and other Russian cities. The aim of the festival is to introduce to Russian audience independent and recent Dutch arts, mostly music, films and visual art, before not represented in Russia.
The organiser of the festival is the Dutch-Russian cultural foundation Stichting KULTPROM. KULTPROM, based in Rotterdam, is a non-commercial organization that is organizing cultural exchanges between Russia and the Netherlands.
This year 2008 participants are: LUSHUS, RAASKALBOMFUKKERZ, BENEFIT OF THE BOOMERANG, MACHINEFABRIEK, NOBODY BEATS THE DRUM, YOB KISS, MEDIAONTWERPERS, ANTISTROT COLLECTIVE.
