About me:
Located at 1229 25th in the Drake area of Des Moines, IA. DuBay's offers fine dining, a fully stocked lounge with two happy hours(5-7pm and 10pm to 2am) and an art gallery space.
We are owned and operated by Chef Brian DuBay and offer fine dining Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm till close.
Our kitchen offers a full menu with a varity of dishes from our signature Filet DuBayt, Stuffed Pork Loin and Honey-barbecued Salmon to our Pasta, Cajun and Creole dishes. The kitchen doesn't close till 2am, however to make sure that the chef is available after 10pm, please give us a call 515-255-0535.
Brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday only. Our brunch meal offers everything from Eggs Benedict, Egg Fritattas and Souffles to more traditional favorites like our Bourbon-Vanilla French Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Steak and Eggs. We also offer our full wine list and lounge menu. Brunch is served from 10am to 2pm.
Our lounge is open Monday through Saturday from 5pm till 2am. We offer a full wine and Beer list, Speciality Drinks like Our Signature "Hurricane DuBay", Lizzy Borden's "Bloodest" Mary and DaVo's Trip to Long Island. Classic cocktails and Martinis. Our lounge is low key and relaxed and offers the ideal setting for a nice conversation with friends over cocktails. Also we hosted local music acts with our Sing for your Super seriese and DaVo's Wednesday Night Record Party.
Our walls are open to local artist and we revolve them about every 2 months. In the future we will be offering the space for openings and other events.
