The Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers frequented the place, as well as local and national celebrities. It was so popular, lines would stretch around the corner and up to the Forrest Theatre just to get in! It was
the place to see and be seen.After a couple decades or so, Barry decided to "retire.” He sold off the business and headed to warmer surroundings and relaxing golf courses. Apparently, that was boring. Now, after an absence of many years, Barry and Dr. Watson’s Pub is back!
