| General | Ren Fests, volksmarches, microbrews, good food, great drinks, an occasional cigar, and excellent company with family and friends. | | Music | Almost anything - 80's "hair rock", country, jazz, blues, 50s/60s, classical, etc. | | Movies | Almost anything - "High Fidelity", "American Beauty", "Princess Bride", "MP&THG", "Life of Brian", "Pulp Fiction", "Casablanca"... those are usually the ones that I'll watch if there's nothing else on. | | Television | Hmmm... too many really to list, but here's some of them: "Highlander: The Series", "Xena: Warrior Princess", Food Network's "Good Eats", "C.S.I" (original), "Las Vegas", "The Sopranos", "Deadwood", "Carnivale", and most recently, TNA Wrestling on Spike. I also have been watching the Playboy After Dark sets (Vols 1 & 2). | | Books | Pretty much anything from Stephen King, Anne Rice, Scott Adams and Neil Gaiman. I'm also a big fan of Ian Fleming's "James Bond" series, as well as C.S. Lewis' "The Chronicles of Narnia". | | Heroes | Everyone who has served with honor and respect in the uniformed services - military, fire, police, medical, etc. It's not the athletes who work half a year, but the real people who do their job every day, keeping everyone else safe and secure, whether it's your own block or half way around the world. |

Grew up in Minnesota on the southern edge of the TC metro area, and joined the USAF after HS. So far, I've been stationed in Okinawa, Denver, Thule (Greenland), Rapid City, Germany, and now San Antonio.
