Jamal Ahmad a.k.a "Shoer" was born in 1972 in Beirut (Lebanon).
Still alive from the 80's where it started tag and graffiti with his Crew ("K.S", "S.D.C", "K.M.A").
He collaborated with designers and creators and exposed his paintings in several galleries and nightclubs(Gallery Nikki Diana Marquardt, Palace, etc...).
At the beginning of the 90's, he joined and created the Harmony association to promote Jamaican Reggae Dancehall, by organizing evenings.
During one year they occupied a place called "MELTING POTE" (located in Paris, 19e) where they organized monthly Sound Systems.
Shoer was also Resident Dj of the evenings "Dancehall Nights" at the "Divan du monde" and "Confluences", where he appeared beside many artists, D.J's, Singers (Bababoom, Kut Killer, Freedom Sound, Soul Stereo, Difanga, Kossity, Morry, Abraham, Straika, etc...).
Shoer currently continues his musical career as D.J  and a Music Producer; he also creates a online shop (TUNE FI TUNE) specialized in Jamaican Reggae Dancehall.

Il collabore avec des stylistes et des créateurs et expose ses peintures dans plusieurs galeries et boites de nuits (Galerie Nikki Diana Marquardt, Le Palace, etc...).
Début 90, il s'associe et crée l'association Harmony qui a pour but de promotionner le Reggae Dancehall Jamaïcain, en organisant des soirées.
Pendant une année ils occupent un lieu qu'ils baptisent MELTING POTE (situé dans le 19e) où ils organisent mensuellement des Sound Systems, Animes par Shoer.
Il a été également Dj Resident  des soirées "Dancehall Nights" au "Divan du Monde" et "Confluences", où il se produit aux côtés de nombreux artistes, D.J, Chanteurs (Bababoom, Kut Killer, Freedom Sound, Soul Stereo, Difanga, Kossity, Morry, Abraham, Straika, etc...).
Shoer poursuit actuellement sa carrière musicale en tant que D.J mais aussi en tant que Producteur de Musique ; Il a crée également un site de vente en ligne (TUNE FI TUNE) spécialisé dans le Reggae Dancehall Jamaicain.
