THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER on spike tv (the only reality show i watch and the ONLY tv show i will not miss), comedy central (the daily show with jon stewart, standup comedy, dave chappelle, mad tv, south park, reno 911), some of those "shocking video" shows, i swear, some of those fuckers are morons...especially the idiots who do rail slides with inline skates with no padding or helmets and then end up breaking shit or get concussions...that shit is fun to watch tho, haha. oh yeah, and i still watch wrestling...rarely

last night a dj saved my life, the dance music manual, the only books I seem to read now are on music, fitness and/or strength & conditioning...other than that, mags: maxim, fhm, and a few fitness and music mags

i dont know if i'd call them heroes but much respect goes out to the first few people on the dancefloor on any given night.
well, music and fitness are pretty much my life, its great to do something you love. i've been doing the dj thing for a long time and its still exciting, you get addicted to the power you hold over the crowd...it isnt always about money and chicks. in addition to that, I'm also a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. It's hard work but I'm making it happen and I take both jobs very seriously.
