but i guess that doesn't quite answer your question. i might not like myspace but i do like the fact i can find small bands that do a great job at what they do but have a hard time getting their names out.
my friends that were in my band and i have been listening to ee, alleyway sex, trike and even bands that aren't in illinois like the sshenchmen for years now. we even did a cover of "cross this line" by ee. i mean, we're not the sole reason a good portion of vegas kids have heard about great bands like that but we did our share of promotion for them.
We got 2 great Champaign-Urbana shows this weekend, one is 19+ and the other is all-ages so there is no reason for you to not make it to one of these. Hope to see you this weekend!!!
