   About Daybreak
Since gyrating onto the music scene in the Fall of 2000, the venerable, yet expendable foursome has been the subject of much debate and controversy throughout the music industry. Working undercover as a Bluegrass group, Daybreak was driven by a strong desire not to suck. Their hard work was soon rewarded, and in 2002 CMT annointed their debut album First Light one of the Top Ten Bluegrass Albums of the Year. Sadly, the band disappeared last Fall, and was last seen traveling in a white van on highway 75 south of Atlanta. While the country wept, some believe the band still lives on, and there have been several unconfirmed sightings in recent months. Perhaps the most outragous claims have been that multiple Daybreak members were recently seen performing on Broadway, while others have been seen eating mexican food in Nederland, CO, a place where the band often sought sanctuary. Wherever these brave and daring musicians are, they leave behind a legion of fans that will never be the same.

new year's greetings! this year, as you all know, corresponds to the earthen holiday of Jesusmas. as a token of our appreciation of the increased interest of your charming little planet in our own little charms, we have inlisted our finest demotopian tenor to sing his own rendition of one of your sacred holiday hymns. enjoy!

the portal is closed due to earthen holiday. tours will resume one year from today.

we wish you all a very pleasant holiday.

Mary Jesusmas!

Hey,

I never saw you guys live, and have never met you - BUT, I did get some crazy cool demos of you guys sent to me by a friend a long while ago. And you were awesome. I wanted to hear more. Sad to know you're no longer around. Hope to hear more music from the members someday.

"Fly by night to save the day" - great song.
