If Ricky Vasques, Jordan Catalano and Brian Krakau had a baby.... his name would be Dave End. This acoustic lo-fi troubador writes honesty pop about hypothetical situations and focuses on the details that rhyme. Dave End loves cupcakes, The Golden Girls and Having Fun Random Adventures. If he were a dessert he would be a root beer float because it has a visible chemical reaction.
Dave's first album, "How to Hold Your Own Hand" was recorded in 2005 over the summer on reel to reel in Rosendale, NY with Dean Jones at No Parking Studio. In college, He wrote a 100 page essay about Supermarkets, for which he spent 4 months in a supermarket with a clipboard. Dave Spent the summer of '06 in a veggie diesel car touring in the midweswt with the Sparkle Kids Action Network. In November '06 dave moved to Brooklyn to record his second album, "Fruits Commonly Mistaken For Vegetables," at Olive Juice Studios with Major Matt Mason. In summer 2007 he toured in upstate new york with Schwervon! and in Canada with Griffin and the True Beleivers. In September 2007 He joined Adhamh Roland for the "Make Room For Your Heart Tour", starting in maine, down the east coast, ending in Tennesee. November 2007 Dave will be touring accross parts of Canada and the midwest with West Nose Hero (montreal) .
