Daniel Chauvin is a force to be reckoned with on the Northeastern folk and acoustic scene. Born and raised in his hometown of Linwood Massachusetts, Daniel blends the traditional folk sounds of his New England roots with more contemporary rock and country influences to create and original, ear-catching, almost bluegrass finger-style acoustic work that is creatively his own.
Having toured the Northeast for this third straight year after the release of his debut CD "UNRESOLVED" in 2005, Daniel continues to do what he does best...making music, live performances, and recording.
His second release "BETTER PLACES" on the Cherry Grove record label is finally available and has already received airplay after only a few weeks. Both CDs can be special ordered at any BORDERS store. Individual tracks, and entire album downloads are available at significant savings at the NIMBIT online store listed above... Feel free to email Daniel directly with any questions, comments or direct order for CDs (paypal accepted) at danchauvin@hotmail.com. And, as always, Daniel and his management wish to thank you for your ongoing, enthusiastic and inspiring support...Because, without YOU...it all means nothing...We thank you.
Music Heals.
Just dropping by to say hello. How are you? We have torrential rain...and so muggy...can't wait for cooler weather. I am Listening to your fine music! Have a good evening!
I am doing okay...tired from work...we had a day and a half break from the heat and now it is returning...the dewpoint is arising and it will be 90 for the weekend! Yes...October, hurry up and arrive! If you have not heard from Richard, try calling him again...I know he wants to book you....and looking forward in meeting you...He may have accidently deleted the message. Early morning is the best time to reach him, I think around 8 am. Keep me posted, and have a great weekend!
Something so soulful about your voice, really goes inside. Nothing put on about it; it just is soulful. Love Autumn. Love the harmonies. I'm lucky to have found you. All the best, Sara
Dear Daniel, thanks for your interest...I have to wait for one month to get it back from the service so it's a bit early for the funeral :) Stay Well CK
Thank you! You too! I know the 4th will be great. My grandaughter will be born either on the 3rd or 4th. My daughter is being induced on the 3rd. We are hoping for a July 4th baby. And, I get to be at the hospital the whole time with them. They want their son to be at the hospital with them, and they will be a little too busy to watch him. So, I get to be there to take care of him.
