"Lady, you have some incredible pipes...what a vox! Great guitars, supreme arrangements, moody and atmospheric!! You may quote me.!"
UK ARTIST "LIVE"
“I can't tell you how much I love this band. They recently headlined at my Admiration 3 event and it was, quite simply, a wonderful musical moment.”

CuteLoony began as a 2-piece in Cornwall, playing popular Folk and Blues classics mixed in with original songs at local open-mic hotspots.
5 years on we are now a full band lead by female vocals with 12 string guitar, bass, drums and trombone. We performed nearly 70 times last year and already have many fun events organised for 2008.
In the past months we have been nominated (and shortlisted) for an Indy Music Award and played some awesome gigs, supporting big names on the European circuit including Sian Evans from hit band KOSHEEN and Italian Superstars AMYCANBE.
We have played on many stages all over the UK and in Italy including the infamous 100 Club in Oxford St, the legendary Moles Club in Bath, Bristol’s Ashton Court Festivals and Bath Fringe Festivals not to mention ‘La Festa Di L’Unita’ in Florence and Rome which pulls crowds of up to 10,000 people a night!
In the Summer of 2007 we were given preference over OASIS to record 4 more songs with Italian Producer Alessandro Massa at his studios in Rome.
We are a very popular act at Cabaret events - the Bristol Poetry Scene love us! We have performed for ‘Big Mouth Cabaret’ in Bristol and ‘Emporium’ in Bath. 2008 gives us the privilege to become a regular act at all ‘Thrice Nipple’ events in the future, all of which will be London stages.
We are a lovely and supportive group of people and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Our website is being built as we speak by a fabulous man in Brazil, so watch this space.
Hello Cute Loony. I really enjoyed your set at the Fleece last week, it's just a shame that the place was so empty. The perils of national support slots eh?! I hope to catch you again soon. Sean.
Thank you very much for the request. I would have responded sooner but was having some technical difficulties and couldn't post to anything. I really like your music and whoever is singing has a magnificent set of pipes. Keep up the good work.
Hey hey! Did you all get back home alright last night? Well done with what I thought was another impressive performance, especially after arriving an hour late for the souncheck and Hannah suffering with a cold! I can't believe you left "Modern Day Robin Hood" out as it's usually so popular with everyone. But with limited time, you can't fit everything in and sure it must be hard to leave one or two popular songs out.
I hope all goes well with the gig in Bath and also the Boat Party. I'm sure gigs will pop up here and there around Bristol in the future and will catch up with you all very soon.
Take Care Andy xx
PS: I have a 4 track CD with Cool Lashings, Bohemian Lie, Robin Hood and Number 3 on it, but I want to know if you have a CD with your other songs? I think Pressing Souls, A Weightless Dream and I Saw You Standing (think I got all those titles right?) are just fantastic and would love to hear them on a CD sometime. Cheers
You are going to be featured in a HUGE Indie show Sunday evening! My station, Radio Ugly, is streaming the Adirondack Music Festival LIVE, after which my son John & I will be co-DJing a 6 hour Indie Music Marathon.

Hannah - Thank you so much for the photo of my bonker's guitar from Glasto..
I'm so glad you like the line "Behold the MOOOOON!" One day, while delivering it, I will have the compulsion to turn around, pull down my trousers and bend over!
Hi HNA! I'm doing well thanks! Just did a gig for the NHS 60th Anniversary - sang 1940s songs and made a video (check out the sepia one on my myspace); it's all very surreal as I have been dreaming of being the RUH's answer to Vera Lynn, to lift the morale of the troops, for a few years now and then the opportunity sort of came along!
