About me: We play polo! On bikes! Awesome!
We're not a club and there are no leaders, membership dues, meetings, practices, or bylaws. We are non-exclusive and LOVE IT when new people show up. None of us are cool AT ALL but if you come you will definitly become cooler. Any bike will work but if you are worried about using your 15 pound carbon fiber bike with 10mm tires you can borrow someone's for a round or three. We've got balls/mallets etc.
Who I'd like to meet: People to join the action. Sign up here:

Come on up this Canada Day for the East Van Northern Crown, a rust-remover for the Tour de Polo. Registration (no fee) gets underway at noon on Saturday, June 30. Come and wrest the Western Canadian Championship away from the ruling Canucks. Two-on-two on Sunday, party and places to stay for all, more info on my page.
We are planning a big international polo fiesta in Vancouver for next month and are about to settle on a date, April 21st.
It's a two-day hard-court tournament with round-robin play on Saturday, big party that night, playoffs on Sunday. We'll have places for people to stay, prizes, bragging rights, etc-- all-around good times. We are expecting 30 teams based on the response so far.
Would you be interested in coming up?
Would others be willing as well?
Let me know by the weekend so we can send out the invitations and give people enough time to circle their calendars...
