CODEPINK is a Women's Peace Movement! This SPACE is for CODEPINK activists in the Tampa Bay area--that means both sides of the Bay and beyond. We cover Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough counties and from time to time, we will note PEACE EVENTS and HAPPENINGS outside of those counties if we are participating or aligned with the organizers in some way. We will also note PEACE EVENTS being organized and facilitated by other local PEACE GROUPS.

Dear Code Pink Tampa Bay: World Peace Before 2021 is honored to be YourFriend. My eight-year-old-peace-activist son Axil’s quest for World Peace Before 2021 is gaining momentum! I'm so proud of him. Stitch N’ Pitch brings together two American traditions - baseball and the needle arts. Join us June 21, 2008, with your knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch, needlepoint or quilting project. Sit & stitch among friends, family, and colleagues while cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays! This is going to be a great evening full of baseball and crafty goodness. Fabric, stitchery displays, and camaraderie in a family-friendly atmosphere, not to mention a battle between the Rays and Houston Astros!
