Hey Pal, Thanks for the help on that trauma the other night, really appreciate it. I looked for Jon Nolan on your friends, not sure if I found the right person, and it won't allow me to send him a message without adding him as a friend. I want to see if he will or knows anyone that I could hire to play guitar at our wedding ceremony. Any chance you can forward him my contact info? Talk to ya soon. Thanks. Patrick
Scratch that... F*#@ing rain!!!! I'm not going to have the memories of her 6th birthday to include camping out in torrential downpour w/ sideways rain, no Marshmallow Roasting capabilities, and everyone huddled up and sneezing while trying to shiver out a meager "Kumbaya" (kidding!). Damn! Now I need to think of a SUPER-FUN Plan B for this weekend. Any ideas?
Hiya! *Someone* has a birthday coming up... old man! How are you planning to celebrate? I'm taking Xiamara up to Townshend for a weekend of Camping Adventures!!! WhooHoo! Sleeping there Friday and Saturday nights- should be interesting! She's hoping to do lots of swimming on Saturday. Pop over anytime if you'd like to. :) Well... actually...uhm, yeah... swimsuits! (ACK!!!! *gasp*) You should come by and check out my new place, too! It's about time that I stop my hermit ways and start inviting folks over. Lets plan on a night to have some good food and drink. XOXOXO. ~S
(Oh! And I desperately need to locate some lanterns, air mattresses, netting? and any other camping things I haven't yet thought of...)
Any chance you'll have full recordings of any of these gigs? I was so psyched the last time I saw you guys and in addition to the originals, you covered two of my favorite songs. ("Use Me," and "I'm on Fire. ")
good to hear from you....and yeah...it would be great to be there providing I can make it.....I'd love to see you all....huh...seems like I'm a very conservative traveller...but in all honesty if I drove out of my weird apartment complex I may potentially run out of gas at the racist gate of this subsidized housing ubsurdity....i'll work something out...it means a lot to me to find my way over there.... A.
good tunes yourself man. The west coast is very interesting and different. I miss Vermont often. Right now I'm just working and recording and laying low. Good to hear from you.
