| General | Writing--obviously. But I also enjoy cooking, gardening travel and when I get the time, reading. (See books section below)
| | Music | Very eclectic taste in music. CD's range from a little known operatic tenor named JC Fisher, to Jimmy Buffett. I also enjoy ethnic music from places like South America, Italy and Scandinavia.
| | Movies | Hands down, all time favorite movie is Enchanted April--and a big bouquet of stinkweed to whoever is keeping this wonderful film from being released on DVD here in the US!
Other movies I love are Dangerous Beauty, Timeline, Phantom of the Opera, Shirley Valentine and more recently, Flyboys and Eragon.
| | Television | What little free time I have is usually spent writing or reading. All I can say is thank God for TiVo!! I usually watch something like Globe Trekker, Monk or History Channel. I also like a few of the British imports on like Coupling and Chef--and the old Magnum PI series. Tom Selleck was just so yummy! :)
| | Books | I like to end each day with quiet reading time. Must have authors include my friend and mentor, Haywood Smith; Raven Hart, and Christina Dodd, Lisa Kleypas, Eloisa James, Liz Bevarly, Connie Brockway and Teresa Medeiros--the Squawk Radio Chicks.
Other favorites include Sandra Hill, Anne Perry, Mary Kay Andrews, Carl Hiassen and Stuart Woods.
| | Heroes | My heroine is my Aunt Sally. I've often been told I'm just like her and I consider that the highest of compliments. She's taken life's adversities and turned them into opportunities and she lights up a room just by entering. If I can be half the person she is forty years from now, I'll have done it right.

Expatriated Californian living in the heart of the South. Married, two adult daughters, three dogs.
I've been a storyteller for as long as I've been capable of vocalizing and writing those stories down since I knew how to construct sentences.
