Pauli Ryan Pauli Ryan - Percussion - If ever there was a "seasoned veteran", it is percussionist Pauli Ryan. He has recorded studio tracks for such well known artists as Garbage and U2, and has appeared live with Luther Allison, Michael McDonald (Doobie Brothers), Sun Volt, Clyde Stubblefield (James Brown) and Buddy Miles to name a few. When asked how he came to be in such company, Ryan - always modest about his talents - often replies, "I know a lot of good jokes!" Pauli may be modest, but he has also been playing since he was "banging on pans in his mother's kitchen", and has learned from every style of music imaginable (and unimaginable) along the way. My 1 infuences has always been, and will always be the FANS. Who have supported me and the music that plays me since I started playing (Singin at 3 Yrs, and Guitar at 7 Yrs old.) so I say Thank You to all the music lovers out there.... You really make the world a better place, I am going to miss my friend and fans from the Midwest so much while I'm gone. CHRIS AARON is well-known around the Midwest as a wicked rock and blues guitarist, and soulful singer with The Chris Aaron Band and then American Standard with Corey Sterling (of the Kenny Wayne Shepperd Band.)
He grew up on 60's and 70's music made by the guys he's now making music with. Aaron is an accomplished musician and record producer, Influenced by blues legends such as BB King, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, W.C. Clark, Stevie Ray Vaughn and his studio mentor Chris Shepard. Aaron has created a distinctive music style that has attracted loyal fans throughout the nation, particularly in the Midwest. His live performances are electrifying and his devotion to perfection makes the records he produces into works of art.
Aaron is a widely sought-after guitarist, songwriter and record producer. Rolling with the songwriters labor of love last year really went into the music we recorded, with a production schedule that was almost 24/7 for 3 days, it was my Pleasure and Honer to work with the aMazing pat mAcdonald in producing this first CD written by the Construction Zone writers.
