Life is full of surprises and will ALWAYS have setbacks, especially when you are very close to realization of 'that dream'.
Re-evaluate, re-calculate and continue pursuit of your dreams and goals. You can make excuses, complain and sit on the couch or you can 'get back on the horse' and keep going. Its easier to make excuses than it is to find solutions and pursue your dreams with determination.
