Warm and powerful, that's how Chelsy's melodies lift you up to a world of harmonic indie-rock and clever folk music. This smart trio can do without needless posing or pathos. It's the blissful feeling of these intoxicating melodies that makes their music come across so weightless. No sooner as you recognize this it's a noisy guitar riff that wrenches you out of your dreams and demonstrates Chelsy's punkrock spirit. You can hear their hearts beating as one when they perform live. And their set of catchy songs shimmers in beautiful colours. Their almost timeless music is a manifestation of deep love for classic songwriting.
Since 2002 Chelsy released two singles and one album on indie-labels (Beniihana Records, True Romance Records, My Favourite Toy Records) which where promoted on german radio stations all over the country. They already left loads of sweat on stages in europe (Austria, the Netherlands, Germany) and know how to convince the audience that three guys and a bunch of excellent songs can make their day. Within a few years Chelsy have won a loyal fanbase that is growing steadily.
On April 19th they have released their 4-trackEP "What's behind" and the recordings for their second album are nearly finished.

Oh my god, it's techno music! Was für eine Freude: am Samstag schaut mit den beiden Halunken von Teeanage Bad Girl einer der feinsten French House Acts around im Hotel Shanghai vorbei. Irgendwo zwischen Daft Punk und Boys Noize werden sie uns nass machen und das große knarrzzz Comeback veredeln.

LOVE IS EVERYWHERE! In einer Woche ist Love Parade. Wie praktisch, dass am Freitag Trashpop ist. Da könnt ihr dann zur, äh, Love Parade-"Warm Up"-Party schonmal eure Neon-Strampler testtragen.
