I am a recovering stay at home mom. I have two sons 5 and 8 and while they have aged me at least an extra 20 years making me old before my time, they give me lots to write about. I also have a step daughter at NYU and I love when people tell me I am too young to be her mom. She is my favorite of all of my children and that includes my child-like husband and my oversized 7 year old lab mix puppy.
My husband is a gifted jeweler who disdains any recognition of his talents. Check out his jewelry in my pics. I pretend to do the same but secretly crave the kind of attention he ignores. So I keep my talents hidden because I am not ready to find out if the attention I receive will be good or bad.
Who I'd like to meet: People who have a sense of humor. Not people who insist that children are a blessing or tell me this is the best time of my life.
