>> Brian's love for photography developed into what it is today while on tour as a professional dancer. It started at age 17 when Brian was chosen as one of the only Americans in Michael Flatley's national tour of "Feet of Flames". The show went on to sell out venues coast to coast from Madison Square Garden in New York to the Staples Center in LA.
After Feet of Flames he was asked to join the number one selling show in the world, Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance.
>> He has performed sold out shows in theaters, arenas and stadiums in all 50 states and 13 countries across 6 continents. Brian has also been featured in various newspapers, magazines and radio shows. Most notably, he performed live on ABC with Michael Flatley.
Throughout his years of touring the world, Brian was able to pursue his passion for photography. His first shoot was for a cast-mate's make-up portfolio which assisted her acceptance into the London School of Fashion. Since then his clientele has grown to dozens of models, musicians and fashion designers.
>> He is the photographer for one of the most prominent music production companies in New England, Surefire Music Group. He's had the privilege of shooting promotional materials and CD covers for their talented artists including R&B star, Makio from MTV's Making the Band 4. His work has been featured on magazine covers, t-shirts, and cd covers that have been distributed all over the U.S, Germany and Japan. Brian Doherty has been called "innovative", "classy" and "one of Boston's finest". He will continue to create beautiful and memorable images for his growing list of clients and supporters of his seemingly endless drive.
