I will be doing a contest for a very special couple to have their Wedding photographed in a Photojournalistic way for Free!
If you are or know of a couple that is getting married between Oct. 1st and Dec. 15th 2008 please start getting your emails ready. I will be posting the details soon! The only stipulations are one member of the couple must be AD, reserve or a Veteran of the military. And the wedding must take place some where between the DC area and the NC/SC border.

- Requirements:
Wedding Ceremony to be held between October 2008 and December 31st, 2008. Ceremony must be held some where between the Washington DC/Annapolis MD area the NC/SC state line.
So basically any where in DC, VA and NC!(subject to Breezy Cranford's availability)
Bride or Groom to be MUST be affiliated with the military in some shape, form, or fashion. Doesn't matter if it is Army, Navy, AF, Marines or the Coast Guard all are eligible!
- What to submit:
Videos, Photos, Emails etc. of great odds you have over come, your wedding plans, your story as a couple, and why you feel as though you are the most deserving recipient. Be creative! Stand out from the crowd! Don't forget to include your names, date, location, atleast one photo and a way to contact you!

Blog readers will vote for one favorite from three finalists chosen by me.
- What they will win:

I love what I do and want to share that joy with others through my work. I love photographing newborns and babies, there is just something about babies that makes my heart swell when I photograph them.
Families are always fun seeing how they interact with each other. Children are sometimes a chore but a rewarding one in their own ways as no 2 children are ever the same, which is what keeps things from getting dull. :D
Weddings, well there is just something about capturing that special moment between two people. To be able to show the love of a couple in Wedding and Engagement photos keeps me coming back for more.
Seniors are always an experience as you get to meet people who are really just finding out who they are and what they are made of and they are still trying to figure out what they want out of life. I like to capture their spunkiness and some traditional poses for mom too.
Maternity sessions help show a mothers glow, as we all know pregnant women have that special glow. I also offer Boudoir sessions, which really hit close to home as I too am a military wife and know the sacrafices that are made by those left behind. Not that military wives are the only ones who do boudoir but they do tend to be more willing than some others. Speaking of military I am a participating photographer for OPLOVE. well we will be used to no furniture and stuff at that point...maybe i'll wait an extra day before leaving here and only stay 2 nights that way we won't drive G crazy...we could do DC in one day..see the museum and then walk around and see the outside stuff because since it will only be aug we should still have plenty of daylight.
omg how stupid...how can you move in if they don't even have a key...the navy people need help sometimes, lol

stupid navy people...they haven't updated the pictures...the outside ones are still construction pics...the inside ones are of the model home but they look really nice
as long as we can still afford it i want to be in VA on the 4th of Aug and staying the 4,5,& 6 nights and then leaving the morning of the 7th so that I can be up in CT that night.
which housing did you get? that is really fast, but i'm glad for you guys :) i know it will be a relief to be in a house of your own
