Bob Nisi is a drummer who has been playing for almost 30 years. Originally from Omaha, he moved to Boston in 1993 to join the band Hollywood Squares. Over the past 14 years he has played with various other bands such as The Cha Cha Cha All Stars, Red Zone Cuba, Barrow Pigs, and Bergamot. The songs he has up here are from his bands Bergamot and Red Zone Cuba. Bob plays drums and sings back-up on all and sings lead vocal on "Plastic Man".
Bob is currently playing with the Peter Baldrachi Band and doing fill-in work and various recording projects.
During the mid-eighties, self-respecting so-called "punk rockers" found it necessary to keep their identities hidden while cruising about town listening to the "Sex Pistols", lest they be called out as posers and sub sequentially pelted with rocks and garbage.
