About me:
I love to read and anything related to art, especially ink drawings. I have ten piercings and one tattoo, though I hope to get many more. My tattoo is of an ankh, an Ancient Egyptian symbol of rebirth and eternal life. I also love cats and moths. Cats because they are so beautiful and deviously sweet. Moths because they are the heralds of night. Moths are like the black sheep quite little goth girl no one likes to talk about. So naturally we are kindred creatures. I love to dye my hair different colors, usually blood reds and blacks. Currently I have red hair. I love humor(of almost any kind) and hanging out with my friends. I am in love with music. I prefer rock, metal(of any kind really, I find lately I really like black metal), industrial goth(I LOVE INDUSTRIAL!!), really any sort of goth music, I really love music that comes out of Japan, especially Visual Kei and their goth scene. I hate mean people, homophobic people, racists, male chauvanists, people who make fun of others for stupid reasons, arrogant peoople, and most of all bible thumpers. Other than that I get along with most people no matter what their interests and lifestyles. I am obsessed with cultures, especially ancient ones. I have loved Ancient Egypt all my life, so much so it feels like it could be home. I'm also obsessed with Asian cultures. My favorite is Japan, I love everything about its culture, modern and old. It fascinates me infinately. I plan on becoming a Japanese translator. I love Nihon-go! I'm not sure exactly if I want to help translate movies, books, etc or if I want to be an interpreter. I'm leaning towards interpreter at the moment. Out of this obsession I've found a new obsession, and that is Asian horror movies. Asian ghosts are just awesome. I mean, the deathly pale woman with long stringy black hair creeping towards you with an unnatural ease? Classic. Somehow I don't care much for American horror, foreign horror movies put morbid beauty into theirs, not just rivers of blood(which is ok with me). Anyways. I guess I would call myself a goth, but that doesn't describe the whole of me. I appreciate the darker sides of life, finding beauty where others are only repulsed. I've sorta always been that way, I just used to hide it better. Hehe. :) I try really hard not to apologize for who I am.
Who I'd like to meet:
Just about anyone. I don't care about gender preferences, race, religion, etc. I like meeting people who are different from me and also those who are similar. Just looking for friends who are nice and interesting. Preferably someone a little off the wall, like me. I like the weirdos and outcasts.

MARILYN MANSON!!! He is my fucking hero! He gave me the courage to be myself no matter what and to tell the rest of the world to go fuck itself if it didn't like me as I am. He inspires me to do and be things I didn't think I had the strength or courage to do/be. He has made me believe in myself no matter what. If it hadn't been for him and his music when I was in Highschool I would not be typing my appreciation right now. Plus, I just love how weird and outrageous he is. I love it. He will still be my favorite artist when I am 105 years old.
Rammstein is fucking amazing! Ich liebe Rammstein! Evil German music kicks my ass! Hell yeah! This band is amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. Hot German guys making kick ass music and lighting shit on fire, do you need anymore of a reason?
OTEP. Her music, voice, and lyrics are amazing. She makes a lot of male fronted metal bands look like a bunch of sissies. She actually has something to say instead of just blind agression. Give her album "The Ascention" a listen. I admire her a lot, she came from a broken home and suffered through a lot of traumatic things, yet she is able to created something powerful and meaningful from it. She creates instead of destroying and starting the cycle all over again.
