Acting, Modeling, Symphonic Orchestra, music of all types, extreme sports, volleyball, golf, putt-putt/miniature golf, motorcycle riding ( I own a Kawasaki Ninja), Go Karting, dating, affection, being romantic, massages, sushi, going to new places, meeting new people…

Oh wow...TECHNO, Dance are my fav....but I worked for many radio stations and fell in love with all kinds of music (Big Band, 80's, etc.) I generally enjoy more upbeat music, but honestly I can listen to ANYTHING. Lately I have taken a liking to reggae. MATISYAHU is the freakin' man. I like opera, classical, jazz. Whatev. I grew up on RAP and recently started listening to more alternative. Being on tour, most roadies on the tour bus like metal and emo... so I have a very wide variety. I am not racist at all and celebrate diversity, so this falls into my culture of music. I do enjoy karaokeing!

Who Are YOUR Idols?
All the great comedians; Jerry Lewis, Johnny Carson, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Cosby, Jerry Seinfeld, Emo Phillips, Dane Cook, BRIAN REGAN, And that's just a few . . . And a few extras that act like ADAM SANDLER, and JIM CARREY. I also look up to people that don't drink or smoke. (This doesn't mean I'm against it, I just appreciate people that say "I can have a good time without it"). As well as people with brains! Smart girls are sexxy girls. Brians are sexxy! When I go out I am ALWAYS the DD. I just hate when everyone is drunk. And it's no fun to me to hit on drunk women. I'd rather have a girl not have sex with me and hold a smart intelligent conversation then slobber on me with your drunk breath and smoker's lung.

How Did You Get The Name "HONKEY". Does Your Family Call You That?
I went to a prodominatly black high school in north St. Louis. In high school the record label NO LIMIT SOLDIERS came out. Well, I figured I couldn't be a NO LIMIT SOLDER, so I may as well be a NO LIMIT HONKEY. After all, I was the guy that was ALWAYS crackin' jokes, beat-boxin', and getting in trouble - commonly reffered to as "That Crazy Honkey". After HS, I worked for the STEVE & DC SHOW, and the "guys" alwas said "There's NO LIMIT'S to what the HONKEY will do", so it stuck. Do people call me that? All the time. In fact, I prefer HONKEY to BJ. (Baby Jerry). Most of my family calls me BJ.
Are You On CRACK? What's Your Problem?
If you met me somewhere and got my card, you probably thought I was on some drug. Most people do. I 've never been high or drunk. (Though I have tried drinks.... I bartended through college). It never caught on to me, I would like to be a good role model for kids, (did I mention I'm a 2LT in the Civil Air Patrol, so I am with cadets a lot) and to see what I have accomplished without drugs! I guess I just don't need them to have a good time. Where do you go to pick up on women?

NO KIDS. Maybe someday after I have EVERYTHING I want. Including a career, happiness, money, more money, and money. Pets: Love cats, I had a beta fish! My roommate has a sweet cat, "Bailey" but I'm rarely home enough to see 'em!

Do you have any hobbies?
Watching movies, (I don't watch very much TV, except for when I'm on tour). I do not even OWN a TV of my own. Seriously. I enjoy great restaurants, Travel, Skip-Bo, making people laugh, acting, flying, and riding my morotcycle.
What was your first job?
Cart-Attendant at Eagle Springs Golf Course. I had to clean carts, fill 'em up, and tow 'em. This taught me how to make them go fast (governor bar) which lead me to sinking one in the pond. I also had to clean the bathroom. Ask me about the guy who sh*t his pants.
What is your favorite saying, expression or quote?
OLD LADY (laughs then says) "EH!" Grandma Ann Classic Bits, Steve & DC! All you old morning shower listeners know the byte I'm talkin about!
How did you get into what your doing now?
I knew my whole life I wanted to "help" people. What that means I have no idea. For a long time I even thought about being a counsolor - but I settled for a bartender - same difference. I know that "Someone" put me on this planet to help people. That's why I get along with people so well, and I communicate and understand them. My dad, Jerry, has the best sense of humor. If you think I am something, ya GOTTA meet the pops. I used the "God-Given" talents that my dad helped with to go into an acting career. I was always a joke teller. As far as helping people I even grew up wanting to be a policeman. I volunteered for St. Louis County PD for 3 years as a law enforcement explorer before I knew 100% that ACTING is where I belong. In elementary, middle and high school I did theatre. And in college I did more advancing to dinner theatres and soon crossing over to film. Eventually, my outgoing and enthusastic attitude got me to cross paths with people who seen what I can do. When I met Jim Manno, executive producer of the STEVE & DC Show and auditioned as their stuntman that was my first big step. 3 years later I was doing weekly stunts heard around the country (about 25 states, PLUS Sirius). Then I worked for a VR gaming company that operated in amusement parks and trained actors how to do "blue-screen/chroma" acting. I did tradeshows for huge companies and this really drove my improv skills. Over time I landed my MTV Sex2K episode, Dr. Phil, and hosted a music video show. This lead to me hosting GameRiot, which lead to me hosting the mtvU Gamer's Ball, which lead me to host Spring Break. That enough?
It seems your busy a lot. Do you enjoy being gone a lot?
This affects my love life, but it's a choice that I know I must take. I travel on average eight (8) months out of the year. From June-October I'm not even home. AT ALL. Most women cannot handle someone being gone. Overall, I enjoy it. When I am busy, it means that when winter comes (slow period) I will not be starving. I'm an artist.
You get tons of free sh*t I bet!
I must admit, I do get free stuff from doing promotions, or sponsors. My closet is full of crap. Terrible.
Honestly, you get more ass then a toilet seat? I mean, your riddin' more then Seabiscuit. More butts then an ashtry, right?
This drives me nuts. But, I am an honest guy. The answer is "Not like you would expect". If I have a show the next day, I sleep - not party too much. If I'm on the road, we're sleepin in the bunks - and that means I'm coming home solo. Let's assume I'm in a hotel. It doesn't help any either. Why? After the show - it's late. Most women are drunk. I do not hit on drunk women.
Do you EVER sleep?
You'd be surprised. Once I hot like 25, I have been dead. I'm not as outgoing as I once was, but that's due to being more professional and smarts! I do sleep though!

BJ Lange’s Brief Bio
BJ Lange’s love for entertaining has earned him great acclaim from audiences world-wide. BJ began his professional career as a “stunt-boy” on the nationally syndicated Steve & DC Radio Network. The sensational street stunts he performed for the morning show even caught the attention of The Dr. Phil Show; BJ appeared as a guest in 2003.
After spending a few years in the theatre and radio industries, BJ crossed into mainstream film and television with an emphasis on live performance and hosting. In 2004, BJ collaborated with JohnsonDiversey at the McDonald’s Worldwide Convention to act as a spokesmodel performing in edutainment videos. Months later, the US Army selected BJ to perform in its international convention event in Heidelberg, Germany. In ’05 & ’06 audiences have gone wild for BJ’s outrageous personality when he hosted multiple MTV cross-country events!
Multiple marketing agencies also acknowledged BJ’s phenomenal character acting skills when their execs chose him to perform as the outgoing, fun-loving, privateer, Captain Morgan. BJ has also performed in commercials, voice-overs, dinner theatre, and improv comedy sketches. I'm single, and probably will be until I get settled in a more stable career path! Though, I've not blocked it out. I tend to get really busy with my career, and travel a lot. I've noticed most ladies don't like that.
And yes, I really drive that Flag Car that says HONKEY all over it. Did you know my neighbors wanted it TOWED because of that?
Honkey’s Family?
I have theree older brothers, a younger brother, and a younger sister. I grew up in north St. Louis, attending a
predominantly black high school. (Ah, THIS is where the name comes from!).I spent my summers in Texas with my mom in Texas. I was very active in theatre in high school (I played Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors). After high school, I studied theatre at St. Louis Community College, as well as many workshops and acting studios.
People are shocked to know that I’m a non-drinker, non-smoker. NO KIDS (eventually, perhaps. I feel adopting would be cool), Never EVER been married (or engadged), (pffffffft… are you kidding me).
