well these days its hard to know what is what.. the image looked pretty bad on youtube.. i saw some flash frames and what i believed to be grain. so i'll say 8mm.. but the compression was so bad that it looked like HI 8 video.
one thing i do know is that was a boring song and boring video, it looked like the late 80's early 90's 8mm video craze that was very cheesy, which leaned swish pans, flash frames, uncomposed shots, and bands trying to sell their personalities...
