About me: I have made my living as a mechanic for 24 years. Worked in a small shop during high school. Enlisted in the Air Force in 1984 as a Hydraulic mechanic. Did my 4 years and cross trained to a crew chief and after 4 years of that, cross trained again to Avionics. I have worked for Connie Kalitta for 12 years now as a Flight Maintenance Engineer on Boeing 747 freighters.
Started drag racing in Las Vegas during my first tour with the Air Force at Nellis AFB. Between my friends and I we had a host of cars we raced or were daily drivers or just projects. Steve had a 70 Road Runner, Terry had a 72 Nova and a T/A, Shepp had a 74 Nova, Russ had a 71 Dart and a 68 Charger, Mike had a 70 Nova, a nother Steve had a Vega, Dan had a 70 Camaro, TJ had a 71 Pinto. I had a 70 Duster, 70 Charger and a 69 Dart GT.
Current projects are my 79 Dodge Omni and our 74 Duster.
