So basically my (rental) house burned down Dec 31 2007 due to an electrical fire. Fun stuff I tell ya, happy new year. Luckily no one was hurt (even the cat made it out) and ALL my guitars made it, as they were in the basement. I haven't even checked my recording gear or amps yet. Keeping fingers crossed that they didn't get too wet, we shall see. Of course everything upstairs was a wash, my partner lost nearly everything including a computer with seven years worth of writing (novel) on it, all her clothes, personal effects etc. We also lost a brand new 1000$ imac and all my clothes along with basically our whole household: kitchen, bathroom, 2 tvs, vcr/dvd player, sofa and all. If you're curious, you can check out our blog @ http://firerecovery.blogspot.com, there are some pics and stuff up there. So we are scrambling to find housing and figure out a plan. Perhaps I should just put all my shit in storage and try to book a west coast tour...in the spring. Ghaaaa! I still don't know which way is up!
Hey Yall I finally have an update on recording! Yes I'm going into the studio and I'd love to have some help from my friends. How well that's the easy part I've already got two songs chosen and I'm looking at a number of others but I'd like to get some real and honest input on the songs I have on my page on video. There's 4 total and I'm considering some of them but I'd really like to have yall speak up and let me know if you'd buy these. Yes I know what you're saying IS HE NUTS for asking us! Well not really since you are my fans as well as friends and because of you I do what I do.
LITTLE REDNECK RIDIN HOOD is on the loose and coming to town before Santa gets here and boy is he going to be suprised! She's coming to town with her spray on tan and painted on smile...........................

Boy, you got that female dj near to tears a couple times on the show. The entire show was wonderful, you sounded awesome! Cant wait to see you again...come back for another b-b-q soon! Love ya!
DAMN MAN, , , those new tunes....STRAIGHT PUNCH TO THE THROAT! Brought tears to my eyes and messed me up totally. LOVE'EM! Dont stop the way your going...dont ever ever ever let your music go away.
Lyrics aside, (I never could make out lyrics my brain just don't work that way) Taken is a very simple yet haunting piece. It strikes me as a prelude to something really wonderful.
