*I am an opera voice performance / musicology {music history} major at Bard College. I'm a SENIOR (holy crap).*

*Singing is what maintains my happiness and my sanity. I am an opera singer, a coloratura soprano, and in love with Monteverdi and Mozart.*

*I absolutely adore anything to do with horror. I love the macabre, the frightful, and the disturbing. Horror movies are the shit, and halloween is BY FAR my favorite holiday. I'm also really into paranormal investigation and pretty much anything to do with ghosts and ghouls.*

*If you don't appreciate music as an art and a lifestyle, or if you treat music like a hobby and not an intellectual entity, I don't want anything to do with you.*

*I believe in self expression through unconventional means; sexuality, voice, music, art, and performance.*

*I like naked people. I like seeing them, I like hanging out with them, and I like being naked. If you like being naked, too, we'll be good friends.*

*I am very vulgar, very fast-paced, and a very acquired taste.*

*I am illogically polite to people I don't know, and twice as polite to the people who piss me off. Being rude doesn't get you anywhere in this world.*

*I explore abandoned buildings, and not because I think they're "cool" or "scary," but because I think they are beautiful. Okay, the scare factor is a little bit of the rush...*

*Poop jokes make me laugh. I'm kind of a twelve-year-old boy at heart.*

*I really enjoy doing make-up. It's a shallow hobby, but it's probably the only visually artistic thing I've ever been able to do.*

*I have been in a choir for sixteen consecutive years, and I am in the middle of my seventeenth. You think it's nerdy? Fuck off! It's made me into an amazingly disciplined singer.*

*I believe in free love. Humans should not have to stick to one person their whole lives if they choose not to. This doesn't make them a slut or a whore; they're just following their natural instinct. I obviously don't scorn monogamy, I just don't think it's the only admirable choice.*

*I love body modification. If I didn't know I would be going into opera and theatre, I would have sleeves. Unfortunately, they don't like tattoos too much in the opera business, so right now I only have seven tattoos and a handful of piercings.*

*I LOVE the Harry Potter books, and I probably know more about them than anyone you will ever meet. I have never seen the movies because I think they are blasphemous, so don't even bother asking me.*

*I'm judgmental, hypocritical, and cheap.*

*I am not afraid to admit my flaws, but sometimes I need to be told what they are before I recognize them.*

*I rarely care what people think of my choices and my lifestyle, unless it's someone whose opinion really matters to me, and then what they think of me is crucial.*

*I'm a vegetarian, but I'm not a self-righteous vegetarian. I won't try and push my beliefs on you, but I am very serious about it.*

*I seize the day, but I don't ignore the future.*

*I dig Japanese food, hardcore.*

*I try and stay as concerned with politics as I can, but sometimes fail on keeping track of important current events.*
