About Baguette Frappant

Baguette Frapant is a club night presented by PAIN O CHOKOLAT, from Paris and PARRA SOUND SYSTEM, from Amsterdam. The thing that brougt these two crews together was their similar vision on fashion, art and music. Although Baguette Frapant is a club night it is often an extension of an art or fashion event. The first clubnight P.O.K and P.S.S did together was an afterparty of an exhibition from the artist Parra in Paris. From there on several Baguette Frappant parties took place and were received more than good by the crowd in Paris. It´s the diversity of people and music that makes Baguette Frappant so unique as a club night. Mr. Wix, Tom Trago, Parra, MC Lyrical Tie and Gee go from hip hop to house, from reggae to rock and every possible thing in between, they are just making sure they play the best track from all genres !!

Les différentes sortes de pains sont caractérisées entre autres par leur poids. Celui de la baguette est d'environ 250 grammes. La croûte des baguettes est très croustillante et dorée, tandis que l'intérieur, la mie, est blanche et moelleuse. En principe, elle reprend sa forme si on la presse. C'est un critère pour savoir si le pain est de qualité. Dans le monde, la baguette est un des symboles typiques de la France et plus particulièrement de Paris. Au même titre que le vin, le béret ou le fromage, elle est devenue un symbole alors même qu'il existe d'autres variétés de pains en France et que les baguettes se trouvent aujourd'hui dans tous les pays.
