Joshua is also dealing with The Adoption Center of Choice. His girlfriend flew from Florida to Utah to give his son (Joseph Matthew Jazz) up without his knowledge. See his picture section or his correspondence with the same agency we are dealing with.
Shawn Mcdonald
Shawn is fighting for his son in Texas. LDS Family Services handled this attempted adoption. LDS was ordered to pay 100,000 for Shawn's lawyer fees and Shawn was awarded visitation. He is still in court trying for custody.

Stephanie, who was 17 at the time, was advised by an adoption agency representative to run away from home and sign in another county. Her family is also fighting to get her child back and won! but the agency is refusing to give the location of the child.

About me:
Cody wants nothing more than to be a father. He is currently fighting with the Adoption Center of Choice in Orem UT to protect that right.
Cody and Ashley conceived a child together In late 2005/early 2006. When Ashley told him of her pregnancy Cody made it very clear he wanted her to keep the child and that he was intent on raising his child. (Cody was under the impression Ashley was contemplating abortion.)
A few months later Ashley informed him she had a miscarriage. He found out that was not true when Ashley was 8 months pregnant. He then successfully stopped an adoption in Montana. That's when Ashley ran to Utah and gave up his daughter against his knowledge. He is fighting to get her back.

Just wanted to say good luck at your court... my best friend (ex) is going through the same thing... his son Joshua was given to a family in Idaho (by the gurl he lest me for!)... his court date is August 22 in Casper, WY... I really don't know the pain your going through but if it's anything like his.. I am sorry... and if you have any advice I could pass along to him... please inform me... thank you and good luck
Some times we take on more then we can handle and we get out of focus with what God truly wants us to do. Don't allow the weight of your trials and tribulations take control of you. Give it over to God totally... Not just for a day or two. Give Him all your worries.
