[7.16.07] Moirae is goin' back to the studio the 22 thru 24 of this month. Got some unfinished business to take care off (namely: the new Wanderer EP!). Let us know if you want a copy, we'll be sure to get you one at the start of August. :] I'm going to see the ZOMBIES in concert, with Jefferson Starship. Thursday. This shit's gonna be epic.
I like books. I dislike television. I play guitar and drums, bass a bit, keyboards? I'm trying. I like plaid and paisley. Pretty much anything with a "p", "l", and "ai" combo is rad. I make art. I'm sarcastic and cynical. And it'll show up when I talk to you. Keep in touch.
Any insight, critism, compliments, or death threats are very much appreciated tolerated!
I didn't make the connection between the lead and Sting, I was mostly just staring at the drummer and not even catching most of the lyrics. Though when I did look at the lead, I noticed he has a very large mouth. It's just big. Hah.
Other good bands that were at the show: The Airborne Toxic Event, The Duke Spirit, Tapes 'N Tapes, Flosstradamus, Yeasayer, Cut///Copy, (MuteMath), and Brand New (they were actually pretty disappointing), and Natalie Portman's Shaved Head.
I saw Mute Math in San Fran Saturday and their drummer Darren King was hella amazing. Made me think of you cause I figured it'd be something you'd appreciate. Search for videos of him on youtube.
well, while you lucky fools are the zombies, i'm gonna be reading my tudor novel or romance and suspense... crying in my soup...with a fat puppy biting my foot..
oh god brian....i just stumbled upon that "pimp my ride" video we made WAY WAY WAY back in the day with grant and ryan and jeff and all those people.....all i can say is....wow.
Your voice....was...so.....high
i need to get that to you one of these days...I'm sure its bound to make you giggle
hah, a bit! i've never really been much for writing though, mostly freestylin' and that sort of thing. additionally, i'd call you, but my phone keeps breaking...don't buy anything from motorola! def let's hang out soon though, perchance we can organize something swank!
what a fantastic new song brian, you've really outdone yourself. i probably won't be taking this off repeat for awhile, hah. keep it up buddy, totally outstanding
I told ya it was In My Life. Trust me, i know what i'm talking about when it comes to the Beatles:) Even though Norwegian Wood is my favorite, i still have a soft spot for that song. Glad you're enjoying them.
thanks for the shirts: ) rogue wave is a little big, but it'll shrink.
Glad you finally got the Beatles in your library of music! I still think you should try giving the anthology versions a listen. Some of them, i think are better than the original. It's more personal hearing it right from the studio. Especially the Tomorrow Never Knows track! If you don't have these albums already. I suggest getting Abbey Road and Let It Be. Abbey Road is great to listen to when you're just in a ridiculous mood and Let It Be is, well Let It Be. Enough said.
ya dude steal away its your jb as an artist to steal and use other peoples material. haha wow brian you have really become something your voice sounds great i didnt even recognize it, big ups for that and keep those ups up my bostinish friend
