About me:
Welcome to the Aurora Pictures Ltd Myspace page.
Aurora Pictures was set up to allow me to provide a high quality service of Film and Commercial Video Production and Photography. I am able to offer the following services; Music Video Production, Wedding Videos, Event Videos, Editing and Photography including Modelling shots, Family Portraits and Commissioned work. I now also offer Media Design. This includes myspace page and graphics design, graphic work for bands – posters, flyers, covers, logos etc.

I am Fully Qualified and highly experienced at media production and you can take a look at some of my work. Follow the link below to my Youtube showcase, or select individual films highlighted in the filmography section. I studied Film at both College and University and have gained a BA Honours Degree in Radio, Film and Television and have also trained as a Projectionist. I have won awards for my work including ‘Audience Vote for Most Popular Film’ at the 2006 2 Days Later Film Competition. I also produced the Music Video for 'Everafta', which won ‘Best Music Video’ at the 2005 Sham Music Awards. More awards can be seen below in the Awards section.
I have been interested in visualisation of film since the age of 3. I began making films in 1994 and I have produced many short films and music videos using a variety of equipment; such as Hi-8 Video, MiniDV, Super 8 and 16 mm Film. My editing skills have been put to the test in the past by using numerous methods including video to video and also Steenbeck film editing and Non Linear editing such as Lightworks and Avid. Currently, I am working with more professional equipment such as the Canon XL1s Camera and Adobe Premiere for Editing.
Recently, I have been working on Numerous short and feature length scripts, Producing, Directing, Shooting and Editing Music videos and also carrying out Private Photography Work. I have also entered a Music Video into the Papa Roach Contest, take a look at it on Youtube, I am really proud of this piece of work and as you will see it has been viewed about 900,000 times by people from across the world. I take great pride in my work and have a particular interest in Directing, Camera Operation and Editing, I like to start a job and work on all stages until it is completed to my personal high standards.
I'm always working on several projects and at the moment am focused on several Short Films, which can be seen below in the Screenplay and In Production sections. Keep your eye out for updates of my work and new additions to my completed works.

I have worked with some great Music Artists including ‘Everafta’, ‘AD/HD’, 'The Blackliners', 'Dust N' Bones', ‘iNsoFar’, ‘The Drive by Artists’ and ‘Omaz’. I am very interested in working with other Bands or Solo Artists (of all Genres) and am open to your ideas for your Music Videos, Live Performances and Photography.

Have a look at the portrait photography and live music shots, as this shows some of what I can do, also look at some of the Photography I have done for enjoyment rather than work as this gives a feel for the Commissioned work I am able to provide.
