A Thousand Cures has been around for over a decade and after numerous line up changes they have finally found something that works! Original members Paul Macri (vocals) and Luca Caracciolo (drums) recruited Rick Beddia (guitar) and Dusty Emer (guitar) in 2004/ 2005 and since then, haven't looked back.
They have won numerous radio competitions including, Q107’s “Have a Nice Gig" contest where they later opened for Bon Jovi at the Air Canada Centre, as well the band appeared as one of the 97.7 Htz-Fm Rocksearch finalists in 2006. The following year the band also won the garageband.com faceoff beating out 35,000 entries in 2007.
Recently the band collaborated with producer Mike Borkosky, to help reinvent the sound of the band, the result was very impressive. After a rigorous ten moths of blood, sweat and tears, A Thousand Cures new album was born. Mike has produced the sounds of many other Canadian bands including, ill Scarlett and Low Level Flight.
A Thousand Cures thrives on their passion for music and their love of original song writing. Their determination to be heard on a world scale keeps their fire burning and nothing will stand in their way. They know the quality of their sound and are ready to take their music to the next level.

Hey Dusty! Yeah, Bri has been workin' on that for me for a few weeks now. He kept sending me version after version. He's quite the perfectionist. He's really into Drum and Bass stuff so I just let him have free reign of the project. I love the outcome. I'm glad you do too!!
Hey guys! The final version of the remix for "The Practice" is up. It was created by Equilibrium and he has dubbed it the "Deeper Skies Mix." I hope you'll stop by and check it out! It's kind of long but I find it interesting. :o)
