About me: California native, Ashley Joy Beck was born and raised in the entertainment industry. She discovered the professional world of makeup at a young age while running follow spot for her parent’s sound and lighting company at the International Makeup Artist Trade Show in Pasadena, CA for keynote speakers such as Rick Baker, Ronnie Specter and Ve Neil. In pursuit of a finely tuned artistic eye she earned a degree in Art, and then continued her studies at Make-Up Designory in Burbank, CA. She has worked for numerous Estee Lauder cosmetic companies for 4 years and continues to increase her experience as a freelance artist working for NARS cosmetics company. She does make-up for films, music videos, runway and photo shoots in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. Her forte is Makeup, but she will do light hair if needed.

Make friends with everyone..esp. the ad's and never bother the director..hmm..be present and quite at all times..you know, just be your awesome self and bring wipes and mints and bandaids..extra everything..because everyone on set will come to you like you are 7-11! aaawwwww thanks so much! It was really fun. All that's going on is a few photo shoots lined up with a couple different photographers and then I'm starting another movie in a month or two. That's basically it right now. Just trying to get as much experience as possible.
