Arthur Galestian began his journey into music at a very young age. Perhaps it was destiny that led him to be one of today's most up-and-coming DJs and producers. Coming from one of the largest entertainment hubs of the world, Los Angeles, he was born into a family where music has been a valued tradition for generations. Discovering electronic music in the mid-90's and finding instant inspiration, it was only a matter of time until Arthur took his passions to international dance floors and global airwaves. After moving to Holland in 2004, Arthur returned to the States where he began making a tremendous impact in the electronic dance music community.
Constantly riding along the edges of progressive house, trance, techno, and electro, pigeon-holing the craft of this phenomenal artist would be impossible as his unique sound is forever unfolding. "I find beauty in any type of music that has the power to evoke a wide array of emotions. I've found that electronic music is one of the most powerful mediums, capable of calming the most untamed feelings of rage, and possessing the ability to catapult an entire stadium of thousands into an ecstatic groove. It is the medium through which I connect and inspire."
Over the past few years alone, Arthur has made several contributions to the EDM community. In 2006, as part of a joint effort to further expose electronic music to Orange County, he facilitated live remote broadcasts on Irvine's KUCI 88.9FM through collaborations with California-based event production companies Giant and Orange Vibe. As some of the world's most prominent DJs hit the decks and rocked the dance floor, listeners to his weekly radio show were able to experience the energy of a packed nightclub through live music delivered on-air directly from the venue.
Arthur has worked alongside artists such as Armin van Buuren, Dubfire of Deep Dish, Miss Nine, Matthew Dekay, Marco Bailey, Paolo Mojo, Dave Audé, and Dylan Rhymes. In addition, he has interviewed some of the most established names in the industry on his show, including UK DJ and producer, Lange, and most recently, Jonathan Grant and Tony McGuinness of Above & Beyond. Celebrating its fifth year in 2008, Arthur continues to host "The Division of Hardcore Samples" every Thursday night from 10PM-12AM PST on KUCI 88.9FM. Listeners can also tune in worldwide through internet streams available at KUCI.ORG and on iTunes under "Radio>Public>KUCI."
Arthur has performed at major venues in Los Angeles (Arena, Spundae and RED at Circus, The Standard), Holland (Liberation Festivities of Leiden, 2004), Las Vegas (Las Vegas Music Conference, Empire Ballroom, 2006), and Canada (CJSF 90.1FM, Vancouver). He has also been featured as guest DJ on ETN.FM, Global Dance Mission on iTunes, and Orbital Grooves Radio. His talents are also recognized at the largest radio stations in Southern California, KIIS 102.7FM and STAR 98.7FM (Los Angeles/Orange County), where he is currently in charge of controlling the mixing boards for the two stations.
This quickly rising DJ and producer is on a mission to spread incredible music that unites the masses. Currently working with collaborator Jim Carson under the monikers Bodylickin' Bootleggers and Carson & Galestian, expect nothing but the best from two of southern California's most unfaltering pillars.

Hello! How things are going? :-) I'm passing by cos I'm really interested in getting your opinion about my new track 'Storm'. If you have listened to my classical trance tunes before, probably you'll be shocked when you hear this new one and, probably, you'll want to kill me for sure :_( I know, maybe... 100% minimal style, no melodies at all, strange noises everywhere... I'm exploring more and more all styles available I can make and this is what I've just finished this time. This is the riskiest song I have made but I think this is the only way to walk some steps ahead in the world of music today :-) You never know if a track is gonna rock on the dancefloors or not so... why not try to make somethind different? :-) Whatever feedback will be welcome, good or bad. I'm ready for you to tell me: What have u done, girl??!! :-P Tons of hugs and thanks for your big help... and reading, as always... ehem :-/
