This ambitious bedroomproducer was born in Haarlem, Holland, 20 years ago. He lived most of his life in Breda, where he came in touch with electronic music and software synthesisers. After four years of messing around he finally began to recognise the sounds of his computer as being the Music he had always heard in his head.
In the summer of 2007, Applescal moved to the capital city of Amsterdam. Here he's combines his student’s life with his musical break trough. Things are going well, after playing the Melkweg, Paradiso, Doornroosje, Tivoli, Dance Valley and 013. Also the dj’s, like Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, Laurent Garnier and Roger Sanches, played his music in their sets.
By trying to keep focused on the good parts of music, he recently started his mission to conquer the world.
