   About Apology Fest
Johanna, my wife.benvanderbeek.com has a blog including videos and photos of our son Noah, last updated... I don't know, probably a few days ago.

apologyfest.com has a bunch of songs I've recorded. A bunch.

I'm a big fan of my wife.
I grew up in Garden Valley. I had a pond, and math teachers for parents. Also I had and have brothers, Nathan and Tim. The young one is in Niger for awhile. The other one watches, and lives in, the OC. They've got cool wives. One each. Cori and Jolene. Nate writes to his son Drew here. Tim writes on here sometimes.

I lived in Long Beach 1998-2007. I played in The Hospital, Strategies For Hangman, Other Desert Cities, and Inner Beauty Contest. Mostly now I work for nuCourse Distribution. Married about 5 years, wifey teachy Pilatey, first baby boy Noah born April '07. Moved to Santa Rosa September '07.

I played/play in this band: Inner Beauty Contest. Currently recording a bunch of songs. Buy a CD or look it up on iTunes.

Hi Ben, I joined a scooter club. I made a YouTube video of our last cruise to Cooks Corner. For background music I used "Frontier" and part of "Trial and Error". Hi Ben! My birthday was great. I ate good food, shopped and watched wheel of fortune with Donnie. doesn't get much better than that. about the music video- i can't even count how many people have messaged me saying they know someone in it.
It was the best song played at our wedding!

For starters... you missed a GREAT show. Secondly, for like 5 months I never ate pizza and then all the sudden I've been eating it like crazy. Thirdly, my move has been a form of exercise. and lastly... when am I not around some girl.. I'm a pimp baby!!!

I am almost done with the next album... which I recorded myself... should be released late jan. or feb. online.
