Anu emerged onto the music scene under the mentorship of Grammy winning producer Johnathan Hadnott and received instant recognition for talents as a producer/music composer with local Hip-Hop acts in the North Chicago suburbs. Six years later, Anu picked up the acoustic guitar and discovered a unique sound that he continued to develop as he played gigs. After returning from his first solo tour across the U.S., Anu called together a dynamic band that helped re-grow his fan-base in the Lake County area. Anu writes songs with music veteran, Roger Bonds (who’s worked with bands including Cheap Trick, Alice Cooper, Tom Petty, L.L. Cool J and Run DMC just to name a few) and looks forward to bringing a fresh breath of songs and showmanship to the Chicago-land area this coming year.
Anu brings a cutting edge, eclectic sound that sends a positive vibe to the human soul. No matter how many rotations of his CD or continuous Internet plays, nothing can capture the sensation of seeing Anu live. From Portland, Oregon to New York City, Anu has given the fans a taste of the future.
ANU! I sincerely hope all is well with you. I have been so busy with school and event planning...okay mostly event planning! Shhh don't tell the mom. I hope your songwriting is going well and I miss you!

This Saturday (May 5th), Chicagoland parents have an opportunity to not only catch some of the areas best family entertainment, but have the experience preserved for the ages as well. Little Nashville, the Chicago-based country act known for producing music that rocks kids and grown-ups alike, starts work on their first-ever concert DVD Saturday, May 5 at 10:30 a.m. at Open Bible Academy in Belvidere, IL. (Arrive early; doors close promptly for the taping at 11 a.m.)
Cameras will be scanning the crowd to capture audience reaction, so come prepared to be an instant movie star. If you cant make it to the show, dont despair the band is also calling for photos of fans wearing their best Little Nashville or country-western fashions for inclusion on the DVD.
