Some (But Not All) People I'm Ridiculously Thankful To Have In My Life:
My mom... cuz even tho we yell and scream and say hurtful things sometimes, we still love each other with all our hearts.
My daddy...cuz he's the only person who's ever driven 24 hours straight just to spend an hour with me.
Jamie...cuz he's the only person who, after knowing him my entire life, has NEVER said anything to hurt me.
Bambi...cuz she reminds me happiness comes in so many different packages, and the greatest person you can be is one that is living the life YOU want to live.
Craig...cuz he tries his damnedest to make sure Bambi is happy, and that to me is the deepest instance of love.
Chloe...cuz she is living proof that some things in life are worth more than everything else combined.
Dalton...cuz he lives among chaos and yet still manages to smile and be a happy kid.
Lucas...cuz just thinking of him makes me feel happy and loved.
Courtney...cuz she taught me that differences don't matter as long as both sides try to respect those differences and not make them a point of constant tension.
Matty...cuz he reminds me that life isn't always clear-cut or simple, and that all we can do is try our hardest to do what feels right to us. Life's biggest challenge is being true to yourself, above all else, even when everyone you can about doesn't think it's right.
Chelsea...cuz she reminds me that anything done by yourself is 50X more fun when done with another person.
Emilie...cuz we can talk about the weirdest stuff as if it were "appropriate" conversation. ^_^
Lay...cuz she's forever showing me that life is, first and foremost, an adventure, never-ending and always-changing with a new twist or loop-de-loop.
Abbie...cuz she's the like mind I never thought I would find and we understand each other in a way that no one else seems to understand.lol.
Asa...cuz sometimes in life we need someone who is so separate and unbiased to fall back on for advice or a break from our lives.
Andy...cuz she helped me sooooo much my first semester in college, and she has such an altruistic soul.
Ashley Iz...cuz she accepts our differences, and I respect that she stays true to herself even though most see it as being extremely old-fashioned.
Jill...cuz we can be so honest with each other and just put everything down on the table, and everything's still cool between us.
Cassidy...cuz she's fiercely loyal and always thinking of her friends.
Megan...cuz she holds no grudges and lives her life thinking being cool with everyone until they explicitly give her a reason not to be.
Shaina...cuz she's just so level-headed and laid-back and logical, completely opposite of me.
Brenda...cuz she's a walking contradiction of crazy swirling colors and feelings and thoughts. She's beautifully tragic, in an "artsy" kinda way.
Melissa...cuz she's shared so much of herself with me, and I'm so proud of her for doing what she's always wanted to do.
Bob...cuz he talks to me like a person, an equal, and he'll always have my utmost respect for that.
Suzie...cuz I feel like she looks at me with no judgements, no prejudice.
Dennis and Cara...cuz being around them makes me feel so loved and happy and accepted, like I'm part of their family.
