Who is Ananda ?
Ananda discovered Raja-Yoga at 15 years old in Romania, and also Hatha-Yoga (postural yoga) - which reconnected her to her body and canalised her energy.
Seven years after, in France she discovered the Spirit of Yoga and new paths of Yoga like Bhakti, Jnana and Karma Yoga. She is in connection with several spiritual masters like Osho, Shivananda, Ramana Maharshi, Amma, Mother Meera, Jivanjili, Nityananda.
Today, Ananda continues to study the art of yoga and shares it with those who want to learn. She teaches yoga in Paris and surroundings and organizes worshops in France and abroad.

Ananda is also a mystical woman. Since her early age her parents noticed that she was a special child, speaking in foreign languages, dancing like an indian woman, expressing love and compassion to everyone. Since the age of 5 she could feel the "amount" and the quality of Love that was present in everyone and at everyone's place. When she saw people arround her who didn't express Love, she felt very sad. At the age of 15, she discovered yoga and started to practice very easily and studied all the books she found on yoga and spiritual masters : Osho, Krishnamurti, Ramakrishna, Aurobindo, Sivananda, Sri Chinmoy...
At the age of 17, after a dream about Christ, she met a strange healing monk coming from the mountains who transmitted and initiated her to Healing Energy.
After this initiation, she had a dream that she had to come to France to meet her spiritual master.
She came to France where she married, had a son, studied literature and foreign languages during 3 years and then she met her master.
She is both seen as a mystical woman and a modern woman, depending on the vision of people who meet her.
Ananda transmits Happiness, Healing and Love energy trough differents paths of Yoga.

Who I'd like to meet: Des personnes qui souhaitent apprendre le yoga, autres yogis and yoginis. Dévots de différents maîtres. Personnes assoiffées de spiritualité. People who want to learn yoga and other yogis and yoginis. Devotees of different masters.

All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by frost. The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Pursuing it with eager feet, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say. Hope you’re having a great weekend! Eric
Hope this finds you well. Have a wonderful week! Peace, Health & Happiness! Love, Light, Grace and Bliss!
Live in Love. Be sympathetic. Be friendly to the poor. Serve them. Cheer them up when they are in difficulties. Be liberal and generous. Keep always some paise in your pocket and distribute them to the poor and decrepit. Be kind and compassionate. Be pure and gentle. Be sweet and loving. Be humble.
Do not lose a single opportunity in helping and serving others. Do not expect anything when you serve a man or when you give a gift. Thank him for giving you a good opportunity to serve him. By doing service you purify your heart. Egoism, hatred, jealousy, idea of superiority vanish. Humility, pure love, sympathy, tolerance and mercy are developed. Selfishness is eradicated. You realise One-in-all and all-in-One. Sense of separateness is annihilated. You feel unbound joy.
Speak a helpful word. Give a cheering smile. Do a kind act. Wipe the tears of one who is in distress. You will feel great joy. When you serve others, feel that you are serving the Lord in them, or your own Self. Remember that all are His children.
Spiritualise all your actions. When you purify yourself by untiring service for a number of years, the light of Knowledge will flash in you and you will ultimately merge in God. ~ Swami Sivananda
Because, on account of a slight difficulty you give up what you have undertaken and are too eager to seek consolation.
The wise lover regards not so much the gift of Him Who loves as the love of Him Who gives. He regards the affection of the Giver rather than the value of the gift, and sets his Beloved above all gifts. The noble lover does not rest in the gift but in Me Who am above every gift.
Love is swift, sincere, kind, pleasant, and delightful. Love is strong, patient and faithful, prudent, long-suffering, and manly. Love is never self-seeking, for in whatever a person seeks himself there he falls from love. Love is circumspect, humble, and upright. It is neither soft nor light, nor intent upon vain things. It is sober and chaste, firm and quiet, guarded in all the senses. ~ Thomas A Kempis
When the friendship is purely spiritual, the love of God grows with it; and the more the soul remembers it, the more it remembers the love of God, and the greater the desire it has for God; so that, as the one grows, the other grows also. ~ St John of the Cross
Be calm. Be cheerful and happy. Be courageous. Be self-controlled. Always maintain serenity under all conditions and circumstances. Absolute desirelessness is the most important of all qualifications of a disciple. Annihilate desires. Subdue the mind. Subjugate the senses. This is the holy warfare for spiritual aspirants. ~ Swami Sivananda
Where the soul, wounded with love for its Spouse, sighs more than ever for solitude, withdrawing as far as the duties of its state permit from all that can interrupt it, The sight it has enjoyed of Him is so deeply imprinted on the spirit that its only desire is to behold Him again. The soul is now determined to take no other Bridegroom than our Lord. ~ St. Teresa of Avila
Give up passion, anger, greed, envy, jealousy, etc., and cultivate divine qualities like selfless service, renunciation, charity, love, forgiveness, humility and the like. Consider your duties as necessary for your spiritual growth. Try to spiritualise the life of all the members of your family. Observe truth, non-violence and the vow of fidelity in thought, word and deed as far as possible. May the Lord grant you peace, bliss, prosperity and spiritual advancement! ~ Sri Swami Chidananda
Hope this finds you well. Have a wonderful weekend! Peace, Serenity and Felicity! Joy, Love, Light, Grace & Bliss! Be Healthy, Happy and Spiritually Blessed!
Be kind and friendly. Hate none. Dislike none. See only the good points in others and do not look into the defects of others. No one is perfect and no one is responsible as God made him what he is. Therefore, take things with a charitable view. See the good and ignore the false. If you want to see the false, see the false that is in you. And try to remove it and become a perfect person.
Practise kindness in daily life. Let your speech be free from anger and harshness. Speak sweetly and speak softly. Forgive people. And thus, through selfless service of all, through the practice of kindness and compassion, through the practice of sweet speech, purify your heart.
Develop this inner hunger, this inner devotion, through practice of inner life. Be alive in your interior and grow in your inner life. Progress through prayer. Progress through daily contemplation. Progress through inner adoration. Express the divine within you through your thoughts, words and daily activities. Manifest beauty, love and joy from within. Radiate compassion and kindness, friendliness and love, the spirit of selfless service, the desire to make others happy, the wish to be more and more useful to others.
Become a blessedness to yourself. Bring joy into your home, happiness to your parents and your own kith and kin. Bring friendliness, love and happiness in your own neighbourhood, amidst your friends, in the society in which you move, in short, in all fields of your active life. Move as a centre of blessedness. Fill yourself with joy and peace. Bring joy and peace to others also. ~ Sri Swami Chidananda
Rarely indeed is a man so spiritual as to strip himself of all things. And who shall find a man so truly poor in spirit as to be free from every creature? His value is like that of things brought from the most distant lands.
If a man give all his wealth, it is nothing; if he do great penance, it is little; if he gain all knowledge, he is still far afield; if he have great virtue and much ardent devotion, he still lacks a great deal, and especially, the one thing that is most necessary to him. What is this one thing? That leaving all, he forsake himself, completely renounce himself, and give up all private affections. Then, when he has done all that he knows ought to be done, let him consider it as nothing, let him make little of what may be considered great; let him in all honesty call himself an unprofitable servant. For truth itself has said: "When you shall have done all these things that are commanded you, say: 'we are unprofitable servants.'"
Then he will be truly poor and stripped in spirit, and with the prophet may say: "I am alone and poor." No one, however, is more wealthy than such a man; no one is more powerful, no one freer than he who knows how to leave all things and think of himself as the least of all. ~ Thomas A Kempis
