Melodic Beats: Zonin out to joints by 9th Wonder, who just produced Jean Grae's "Jeanius" and Buckshot's '03 "Chemistry" (haven't heard their latest collabo yet -- put me on). I stay wit off-da-hook playlists! Can't get enough of Erykah Badu's "New Amerykah" ~ 'I STAY WOKE!' ~ and Lupe Fiasco's "The Cool" and anything by Jill Scott. JAZZ (especially on the Music Choice channel) is my thinking music -- Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Nina Simone, Dianne Reeves, etc. As a music publicist, I've been introduced to some indie rock, which I digg. DISCLAIMER: I listen to nothin but dat realness...I tune out anything less!
