I´M A PROFESIONAL FOLKLORIC DANCER FROM MEXICO, BUT TEACH FROM CLASSICAL BALLET, BELLY DANCE,CAN CAN, ETC AND ALSO TEACH ENGLISH, HISTORY & OTHER THINGS LIKE MATH
About me: I have been dancing since I was 5 years old, started with gymnastics and ballet, I moved on to all ballet and jazz, then international folkloric dancing, tap, modern, ballet, Mexican folkloric dance. When I couldn't go on with classical ballet do to a problem with my feet, I moved on a semiprofessional level to Mexican folklore dancing, which got me to my first tour just before turning 16. I went to other tours in Mexico, all with my group. I kept on studying dancing at the same time studying for my career, that it was always focus on Psychology. I became a professional dancer in May 1994, and I graduated from my career the month after. I was studying to finish my master's degree in Psychology, after my 2 tours in Texas and Chicago, when I stop due to my health and pregnancy. Now I have travel twice to Poland, once to Russia, once to France, 2 times to Chicago, one to Texas, many states in Mexico, and many cities in California, including San Francisco, Hollywood and Riverside.
I am now teaching dancing and performing in local events, and preparing learning Argentine Tango in San Diego. I have my own Dance Studio in Tijuana and I also teach in a local High School belly dancing. I'm working more to get better in my dancing and my career; I also do choreographies in Waltz for events like Weddings, Quinceañeras, Graduations, etc. and coordinate events at the same time. I love what I do and I'm moving forward with my life, everything looks good for this 2008.
