AT THE SAME TIME.
All Strings & Joints is Adam Chisum and Christopher Drellow. The two have been playing and recording together since high school. Adam taught Christopher the finer points of guitar playing and Christopher taught Adam the impact electonics could have on their work.
Adire Eleven was an appropriately 11-track demo recorded over the summer of 2003. The two began to construct their acoustic songwriting and electronic accompaniment. The album was self-released on a limited basis, and has been burned and circulated since.
After the recording, Adam and Christopher attended various colleges and lived in a few cities. They continued writing music. Adam moved to San Francisco in 2006 and Christopher followed the next year. They immediately focused on the pile of work that had been steadily accruing.
Only a few months later, they were able to release The Long EP, the follow-up disc to Adire Eleven. The EP reflects the growth and experience the group has achieved since their first recording. Some songs which could not have been left behind were recorded and mastered once again. New songs emerged with new growth.
All Strings & Joints is currently playing shows in San Francisco and recording a full length album.

wow, it's awesome that you guys ended up in frisco. i fell in love with it when i was there. almost had my parents ship my stuff and never left. rock on. i'm digging the new tunes as well.
Hey Christ, I mean Chris. How's it going? It looks like this music thing is working out great for you. It sounds great. The backdrop on your page reminds me of the Obscured By Clouds record from Pink Floyd. Let me know how things are.
