Aleta is dedicated to helping others in their personal transformations. Over the past 25 years, she has studied with some of the world’s most powerful spiritual masters and has combined both eastern and western techniques to create her signature LIFE SHIFTING program, called “Energy Transformations.” She captured national attention and became a true example of the power of these techniques when she delivered healthy twins at the age of 57, proving that you can attain even the most seemingly impossible dreams- at any age.
Ms. St. James is not your typical New Age energy healer, life coach and lecturer. A former successful actress and director, Aleta’s struggle with the emotional roller coaster of show business, led her on a journey of personal healing and self- discovery. Born with a rare gift to intuit and quickly release emotional blockage on a cellular level, Aleta shares her intuitive and healing power in private sessions, in her book Life Shift, her transformational CDs, and in workshops and seminars throughout the world. Aleta’s book Life Shift: Let Go and Live Your Dream has been highly acclaimed by celebrated authors and professionals alike including Wayne Dyer, Christiane Northrup, Larry Dossey, Ann Louise Gittleman and Joan Lunden.
Aleta has been featured on the cover of New York Magazine, People and in the New York Times, Elle, Allure, W Magazine, Harpers Bazaar and Shape magazines. She has appeared on hundreds of television and radio programs including The Today Show, Good Morning America, CNN and featured on NBC’s Dateline. Aleta has led spiritual adventures to exotic places such as Peru, Mexico, Maui, Bali and Thailand. She has written a monthly column in American Health and Fitness, consulted for the Equinox Health Clubs, is on the board of Dr. Vagnini’s Longevity Centers and The Association for Spiritual Psychotherapy in New York. In 2003, she opened an anti-aging Spa called The Goddess Repair Shop with locations in Manhattan and Beverly Hills. She has recently been performing “Healing Concerts” across the country incorporating ancient Siddhar chants, Meditation, and spiritual Raaga Music to great reviews. Aleta lives in New York City with her twins Gian and Francesca and their dog, Jessie.
