About me:
I write, travel, sell artwork in the post-Grateful Dead counterculture. Black Rock City is the place on the planet where I feel I can most truly express myself. My community is extensive and weird. I like nice people... "strangers stopping strangers just to shake their hands."

There are many things about MySpace that I find less than satisfactory, but primary among them is the fact that the site was bought by Fox News mogul Rupert Murdoch. I don't enjoy the way that his media conglomerate has manipulated U.S. politics and distorted the way that many television watching people experience reality. Plus, his network was the first to announce that George W. Bush had "won" Florida, which helped lay the groundwork for the Supreme Court's judicial coup, installing the abominable excuse for a presidency that is the reign of error called the 2nd Bush Administration.
Please just click over to my tribe profile and interact with me there so my energy isn't spent clicking on pages that can help drive ad revenue to Murdoch's empire. The discussions are hipper on tribe.net anyway. And pornbots don't try to befriend you over there. If a woman contacts me through tribe.net and her userpic depicts a sexy half-naked beauty and she asks to be my friend, chances are she means it. And chances are she's one of those remarkable multi-faceted black rock city gals who can walk barefoot on broken glass, manage a software company, take a vacation to do ayahuasca rituals in the amazon, and roller skate backwards through rings of fire.
MySpace pornbot friend invites are so pathetic they almost make the fact that the site is owned by Rupert Murdoch not seem like the lamest part about this site.
That curmudgeonly rant aside, my passions in life are simple -- good friends, good music, food, drink, dancing, art and removing the malignant influences of the neo-con psychos from the landscape of America.
I like mysticism and weird religions and am wary of fundamentalism of all varieties. My church is the Born Again Pagan, Christian Mystic, Zen Gypsy Warlock, Psychedelic Mind-Fucked Church. The Church is omni-directional, poly-denominational, for prophets and likes gurus too.
