akai SKY, a San Francisco-based American Japanese Rock (Jrock) band, seek a new drummer to
complete their current line-up (vocals, guitar and bass). The band has been gigging regularly
since 2005 at Japanese cultural events and local clubs and have gigs lined up throughout the
rest of 2008.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's looking to join the American Jrock scene with an
established band! The band members have a great love for writing music, performing gigs all
across the country and having lots of fun doing what they love.

Requirements:
- Passionate about Jrock music
- Committed to practice regularly in the San Francisco Bay Area (at least once during the
weekend)
- Able to take time off work/school to occasionally to travel to gigs
- Drummer must have own drum set
- Ages 18+
Ethnicity, gender, Japanese language proficiency and skill level are NOT important. What is
important is your dedication and motivation to succeed.

Hey guys! Sorry to hear about Val and J, they were awsome. Kind of strange after coming back to the internet (and thus MySpace) after a few months and seeing you guys're out a Vocalist and Drummer... Ah well, I'm rootin' for ya, and hopin' you can get someone. If I could do either required I'd try and help but, eh, guess I'll have to be content with listening to the J-rock I so love. NM I figured it out:) Wow that took awhile lol! If you're following someone does it auto send the messages to your cellphone? I remember 3guppies used to do this sort of deal(even images and vids could be posted), but yeah..they don't do that anymore..
3guppies. com does let you make ringtones tho which is cool. Just thought I'd throw that bit of info in..that way you won't have to buy your ringtones anymore
