| About A Devil Amongst Tailors |

we would like take a second to thank everyone who ever gave ADAT a chance, everyone who bought a cd or told a friend about us or saw us somewhere and asked us "hey, aren't you guys that band lauren knows?" and made nick feel really crappy. but, sooner or later all good (and bad) things must end. We are calling it quits because everyone in the band is growing up and making decisions for their life, and this may not be our priority anymore. No one is to blame, these things happen, and the only thing any of us can do now is decide "what's next." everyone knew this wouldn't go on forever, but we decided long ago that we would enjoy every day we could and some of our greatest memories and triumphs have come from our connection through music. we will always remain friends and love each other dearly, regardless of what paths our lives take, because our emotions were so intertwined for so long. JD is concentrating more on school, which makes him infinitly smarter than the rest of us, except irving, who is doing this as well, nick and myself are going to be trying other projects with friends, which we will let everyone know about as soon as they come to frutition. We care deeply about anyone who has ever been involved with our band and hope that the memories they made with us will last a lifetime. we may not have done much, may not get a footnote in history, and may not even have been very good, but we created something no one can ever take away from us. we may not be a band anymore, but at least we can say we will all be together forever.
