Aberrant - In the beginning...
In March of 2000 the five members of the Chicago, Illinois -based band Aberrant came together with the purpose of making heavy rock music that still had a very strong pop appeal. As the music took shape they began to draw comparisons to Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, and Staind.
In no time at all, the band found itself playing regularly and eventually headlining at such notable venues as the Double Door, the Note, the Abbey and the Hard Rock Cafe. In true "Aberrant" fashion the band re-located to Dallas, Texas in October of 2004.

The band is cemented by frontman Greg Scott, a former solo artist known for his passionate ability to provide extremely infectious melodies and lyrics. Scott Mueller on drums is the anchor of the group providing jaw dropping percussion. Bill,"Bud Driver", Larimore, brings to the band solid, driving bass. Paul Trevino, (formerly of the Ft. Worth based Tripcell), and Mike Bernal,(formerly of Dallas' Innrcor)add their patented flair and power to an already explosive sound. ************************************************
AT THIS POINT in our careers, we are looking for a label, and, or financial backing to try to keep this dream going! We have taken things pretty far on our own, NOW we need some assistance to take it to the next level.**************************************************************************************************************************
Venues such as the Curtain Club, The Firewater, Ridglea Theatre and the Hard Rock Cafe have all welcomed the band to their stages. They have also been embraced by local/regional favorites such as Faktion, Moving Atlas, and System Overload.

2008 and beyond...
Will have the band playing more often, as well as bigger and better shows. Also look for
the band to be on the road throughout the year.
